Most chair quotes start with a price. Ours starts with a question your sourcing team will ask anyway: can this factory pass our audit? For Walmart and Costco programmes, ours already has — we have shipped to both for years, and the social-compliance and quality audits that come with those accounts are run on this plant, not a trading-company front.
That matters because a failed factory audit kills a programme after you have spent on samples and tooling.
